或欷歔，或吟詠，鋼琴與小提琴兩道樂聲交織繾綣，是作曲家的私密耳語，彷與其生命軌跡如影隨形。彼時樂聖而立，飽受失聰噩兆所困，沉潛後賦下第六小提琴奏鳴曲，頹然烏氣盡化沁人心脾的瀲灩湖光；葛利格告別前兩作的如歌歡欣氛圍，在第三首奏鳴曲探尋弦音的陰霾與波瀾，展現別開生面的乖張；拉威爾則深受藍調及爵士音樂啟蒙，在其小提琴奏鳴曲盡顯淋漓造詣。鋼琴家李偉安與小提琴家譚允靜將攜手獻藝，在三位作曲家各自的創作路段信步健行。

Sighs and hymns, rages and roars, piano and violin are often the best chamber duo in amplifying the intimate whisper of the composer’s mind, as inseparable from his creative trajectory. While Beethoven’s Sixth Violin Sonata has been regarded as a scintillating rebirth of his creative aspiration after being plagued with the lingering shadow of his deafness, Edvard Grieg bade farewell to the songful enthusiasm vested in his previous two sonatas, and unveiled an unorthodox, dark subtlety of the string in his third. Likewise, Maurice Ravel channelled hints of blues and jazz music, by which the composer was influenced, to his only violin sonata. Pianist Warren Lee and violinist Hannah Tam will stroll and follow the footsteps of the three great artists made during their creative, and even life, ventures.
